TEAM LEADER - DISABILITY SERVICES
 
What We Need
We are seeking a Team Leader with excellent communication and people management skills to lead a small team of disability support workers and oversee the delivery of lifestyle support services.
The person we are looking for will be an excellent team player. They will have great communication and supervision skills, be a qualified and experienced disability support worker, have a good understanding of the NDIS and be willing to work weekends and after hours when required.
 
Key Requirements:
 
    • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
    • Good personable skills and ability to relate to a wide range of people
    • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable , A willingness to undertake this course within a 12 month period of commencing employment  is necessary
    • First Aid, Medication Support, Manual Handling
    • Ability to follow work instructions specific to the service
    • Assisting clients utilising an active support and person centred approach
    • Current Drivers Licence and willingness to drive work vehicles as required
    • NDIS Worker Screening

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER – DISABILITY

What We Need
Due to increased demand in services, we are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to work with our clients to provide direct care in a supportive and safe environment. CSW’s ensure client needs are met by for example: assisting clients in all aspects of personal care, enhancing opportunities for learning, skill development and independence, providing community inclusion and networking opportunities, undertaking a range of household duties and acting as an ambassador and/or advocating for clients.

Key Requirements:
